Position Summary:
The Senior Manager of Performance is accountable for overseeing our Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics operations, along with the account technology and performance support initiatives.

BI influences every facet of account service delivery, and maintaining a high-profile client relationship for technology is essential for the success of our innovation and product development strategies. Enhancing analytics capabilities across the account is a key objective.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Intelligence & Performance:

Convert client business goals into a cohesive information management and business intelligence strategy tailored for each service line (FM, OP, PDS, TM, LA), ensuring integration and consistency at the account management level.

Foster data management and interpretation skills within the account team, including predictive modeling and simulation techniques aimed at performance enhancement.

Possess a thorough understanding of contract key performance indicators and reporting obligations, as well as client expectations.

Facilitate the exchange of best practices to and from JLL, connecting the account with emerging trends in the industry and the BI/data domains.

Innovate and promote effective data visualization techniques.

Technology:

Lead the account and client relationship with JLL IT, including conducting semi-annual IT strategy reviews.

Oversee the assessment of technology components and the execution of implementation plans for innovations.

Ensure compliance with information security for all JLL technology deployments.

Ensure clients perceive JLL technology as a valuable asset.

Act as Program Manager for technology-related projects and initiatives.

Leadership:

Supervise a team of Business Intelligence and Analytics specialists.

Identify opportunities for savings and improvements, or challenges that require innovative solutions.

Provide regular updates and reports to clients and colleagues, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of progress, direction, and anticipated outcomes at all times.

Engage in a global, ad hoc 'flow to work' team that addresses emerging needs by allocating expert resources, typically from within the Global Programs team.

Effectively promote success, ensuring our clients recognize the value of your contributions.

Performance Metrics:

Establish desired outcomes upfront and incorporate them into each new initiative.

KPI: Achieve a minimum of 4 major programs successfully implemented in at least 3 regions within each 12-month period, or 3 global programs plus a minimum of 3 regionally sourced programs.

Client Relationship Assessment Score.

Any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Six Sigma black belt certification is a plus.

An MBA or Master’s degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field is advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written).

Strong analytical abilities with a proven track record of proactively identifying potential issues and developing solutions and contingency plans.

Experience in Process Management or demonstrated skills – results-oriented with the capability to analyze, act, and implement to achieve desired outcomes.

Proficient leadership, organizational, and execution skills.

Client relationship management expertise, with the ability to engage credibly with senior executive-level client personnel.

Team building skills, with the ability to achieve results from geographically dispersed stakeholders and collaborators.

Flexibility to understand regional, cultural, and contextual differences while maintaining global coherence.

Experience in extrapolating and visualizing data to derive actionable insights.

Familiarity with Microsoft Business Intelligence stack (SharePoint, PowerPivot, PowerView).

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 2010 or later (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience with MiniTab, Sigma Excel, JMP, Access, SAS, and other statistical tools, as well as SQL and Query skills, is preferred.
