As a Regional Director, Sales, you'll play a pivotal role in leading the commercialization and expansion of these therapies in the US region.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, Marketing, and R&D, to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
  • Lead and manage a team of Territory Managers and Field Clinical Specialists, providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
  • Establish and manage budgets, inventory, and sales forecasts, working closely with the Sales Operations team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory developments, incorporating this knowledge into regional sales plans and strategies.
What We're Looking For:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, with progressive experience in operations management at the regional level.
  • Demonstrated track record of direct people management, including coaching, feedback, and hire/fire authority.
  • Ability to travel 60% of the time, including car, air, and overnight travel.
