Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute regional operational business plans to ensure fiscal responsibility and efficiency
Identify new areas of growth and opportunities for improvement, monitoring the external environment as needed
Drive continuous improvement in cost management, leading initiatives that enhance efficiency and achieve cost leadership
Set goals, monitor work projects, and evaluate results to ensure organizational objectives and operating requirements are met
Empower emerging leaders through tailored coaching and mentorship, designing and implementing succession and career development strategies to nurture their growth
Collaborate with Compliance and regulatory departments to ensure adherence to expected standards
Collaborate with business development on clinical excellence differentiators
Drive quality metrics to increase performance on Hospice quality and support clinical distinction initiatives within the organization
Manage the regions operation and business development performance by advising, guiding, coaching, and holding regional leadership accountable for the achievement of Amedisys goals and objectives
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field, Master's degree in Healthcare Management preferred
Ten years of supervisory or administrative experience in hospice/home health care or related health programs
Experience managing a $50M+ organization
Demonstrates a working knowledge of regulations and reimbursement in hospice/home health care
