We are seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Director to lead our organization, TSNE, in its mission to prevent and end youth and young adult homelessness across Washington State.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with our mission and goals.
    • Lead the organization in a bold and impactful future, leveraging learnings from our initial four Anchor Communities and statewide policy and advocacy initiatives.
  • External Partnerships & Fundraising
    • Sustain and deepen strong relationships with community partners, philanthropic supporters, and policy champions.
    • Establish TSNE as a convener, advocate, and leader in advancing collective impact around youth and young adult homelessness.
  • Organizational Leadership & Management
    • Build a strong and dedicated team, fostering a culture centered in equity, transparency, and mutual trust.
    • Strengthen internal communications and collaboration to align staff with future priorities and direction.
  • Board Governance
    • Design the next phase of governance, including assessing the potential shift from a funder advisory board to a community-centric advisory board.
    • Support the engagement, recruitment, and onboarding of new advisory board members.
