Role SummaryWe are in search of a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to spearhead our internal recruitment initiatives as we expand. - Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with hiring managers to comprehend specific recruitment needs, offer insights on job specifications, and ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Brand Promotion: Enhance Perry Weather's employer brand to draw in high-caliber candidates, emphasizing our mission, core values, and distinctive workplace environment.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Leverage recruitment metrics and analytics to evaluate the success of talent acquisition efforts and implement data-informed enhancements.
- Leadership Development: This role is currently hands-on, with the potential to build and lead a small team of recruiters as Perry Weather continues to grow.
Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in talent acquisition, ideally within a SaaS environment, with a proven record of successfully hiring for sales and engineering positions.
- Skills: Proficient in full-cycle recruiting, with strong candidate sourcing abilities and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Industry Insight: Knowledge of the SaaS sector, with the capability to quickly understand technical roles and their requirements.
- Flexibility: Ability to excel in a dynamic, high-growth setting with evolving priorities.
- Leadership Aspirations: Experience in mentoring or guiding junior recruiters is advantageous, along with a desire to progress into a leadership role as the organization expands.
