  • Impact:
    • Hiring Manager Satisfaction: Ensuring hiring managers are pleased with the recruitment process, quality of candidates, and time-to-fill metrics.
    • Candidate Satisfaction: Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for enhancement in the recruitment process and implementing best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Peer partnering and mentoring: Actively engaging with colleagues to share knowledge, support professional development, and collaborate on recruitment initiatives.
    • Cross-functional partnerships: Building strong relationships with other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration in recruitment.
  • Excellence in Operations:
    • Data input and quality: Ensuring accurate and complete data entry in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other relevant systems, maintaining high data quality for reporting and analysis purposes.
