This full-time role entails responsibilities related to reporting, resolving disputes, cashiering, and ensuring compliance with departmental Global Control Standards, along with other assigned tasks.

Responsibilities Act as the Reporting Subject Matter Expert by generating daily, weekly, and periodic reports for the Tennessee Market. Conduct Accounts Receivable research by reviewing, investigating, and addressing customer dispute cases across various locations. Oversee the response and recovery portal, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries. Provide backup support for settling driver routes within the cashiering and settlement system, including handling Full-Service Vending routes and verifying bank deposits. Ensure compliance with GBS Controls for control and compliance, completing necessary tasks within required timeframes. Deliver dedicated administrative support in a professional, confidential, and organized manner. Manage email and phone communications, proactively addressing and coordinating issues when feasible. Organize and maintain department files in both electronic and hard copy formats. Adhere to document retention policies and data classification guidelines related to settlement. Engage in daily interactions with local teams and the market administration team. Uphold a high level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential information. Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure. Administer specific applications and time-sensitive processes accurately and promptly. Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results and participating in special projects as needed. Undertake additional administrative and customer/location support tasks as assigned, including coverage for colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits:

The anticipated compensation range for this position is between $37,000 - $51,500. Actual starting salary will be determined based on location, job-related skills, and experience. Paid time off is available, subject to eligibility, including parental leave, vacation, sick leave, and bereavement. In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package, which may include Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), and a Defined Contribution Retirement Plan. Qualifications A minimum of three years of administrative experience is preferred. At least two years of experience in preparing, presenting, and distributing reports is preferred. Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with current software programs, particularly Excel and Teams, is required. Strong team collaboration skills and willingness to assist others are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are necessary. Experience in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with a strong sense of urgency is important. Exceptional organizational, time management, and follow-up skills are required. Candidates should be responsible, reliable, self-motivated, and proactive.
