Position Overview

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Support patients and their families with inquiries and offer general assistance.
  • Direct patient requests to the relevant clinical personnel without delay.
  • Enter patient data into the electronic health records system accurately.
  • Recognize and escalate complex situations to the Team Lead or Manager as necessary.
  • Remain updated on physician schedules, clinic changes, and office procedures.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and health insurance processes.
  • Experience with medical scheduling and billing systems is advantageous.
  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in electronic records management and data entry.
  • Typing speed of 45 words per minute or higher.

This is a Full-Time role with no remote work options available.
