Core Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist patients and their families with questions and offer general support.
- Promptly relay patient requests to the relevant clinical personnel.
- Enter patient data into the electronic health records system accurately.
- Recognize and escalate complex matters to the Team Lead or Manager as necessary.
- Maintain awareness of physician schedules, clinic updates, and office procedures.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1 – 2 years of experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and health insurance processes.
- Experience with medical scheduling and billing systems is advantageous.
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in electronic records systems and data entry.
- Typing speed of 45 words per minute or higher.
This position is Full-Time with no remote work options available.
