This position is a full-time role focused on reporting, resolving disputes, cashiering, and ensuring compliance with departmental Global Control Standards, along with other assigned responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Reporting Expertise – Generate daily, weekly, and periodic reports for our market.
  • Accounts Receivable Analysis - Investigate, research, and address customer dispute cases across various locations.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries through the response and recovery portal within set deadlines.
  • Settlement Support – Assist in settling driver routes within the cashiering and settlement system, manage Full-Service Vending routes, and handle bank deposits.
  • Ensure compliance with GBS Controls for control and compliance on a daily, weekly, and quarterly basis.
  • Provide dedicated administrative assistance in a professional, confidential, and organized manner.
  • Manage email and phone communications; proactively address and coordinate issues as needed.
  • Organize and maintain departmental files, both electronic and physical.
  • Adhere to document retention and data classification policies related to settlement.
  • Engage with local teams and the market administration team regularly.
  • Uphold a high level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure.
  • Administer specific applications and time-sensitive processes accurately and promptly.
  • Contribute to team objectives by achieving related results and participating in special projects as required.
  • Undertake additional administrative and customer support tasks as assigned, including covering for colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The anticipated salary range for this role is between $37,000 - $51,500.
  • Actual starting salary will be determined based on location, job-related skills, and experience.
  • Paid time off is available, subject to eligibility, including parental leave, vacation, sick leave, and bereavement.
  • In addition to salary, PepsiCo provides a comprehensive benefits package to support employees and their families, which may include Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), and a Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.
Qualifications
  • Preferred three years of administrative experience.
  • Preferred two years of experience in preparing, presenting, and distributing reports.
  • Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with current software programs, particularly Excel and Teams.
  • Strong team player who is willing to assist others as needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities with a sense of urgency.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
  • Responsible, reliable, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, set goals, create and implement action plans, and monitor progress.
