Position Overview

We are seeking a committed Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional service within our healthcare environment. In this role, you will serve as the initial contact for patients and their families, delivering assistance and guidance in a dynamic setting. Primary Duties:

  • Efficiently manage incoming calls with professionalism.
  • Support patients and their families with inquiries and offer general assistance.
  • Promptly relay patient requests to the relevant clinical personnel.
  • Enter patient data into the electronic health records system accurately.
  • Recognize and escalate complex matters to the Team Lead or Manager.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of physician schedules, clinic changes, and office procedures.
  • Execute additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in medical office administration is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and health insurance processes.
  • Experience with medical scheduling and billing systems is advantageous.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in electronic records systems and data entry.
  • Typing speed of 45 wpm or higher.

This position is Full-Time with no remote work options available.
