Primary Duties:
- Efficiently manage incoming calls with professionalism.
- Support patients and their families with inquiries and offer general assistance.
- Promptly relay patient requests to the relevant clinical personnel.
- Enter patient data into the electronic health records system accurately.
- Recognize and escalate complex matters to the Team Lead or Manager.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of physician schedules, clinic changes, and office procedures.
- Execute additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1 – 2 years of experience in medical office administration is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and health insurance processes.
- Experience with medical scheduling and billing systems is advantageous.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in electronic records systems and data entry.
- Typing speed of 45 wpm or higher.
This position is Full-Time with no remote work options available.
