The Personal Care Support Specialist (PCSS) will engage in the following areas of personal assistance and development:

Safety and Well-being

  • Provide continuous monitoring to ensure safety, which may include one-on-one supervision and regular check-ins.
  • Assist in crisis prevention, intervention, and resolution strategies.

Building Relationships
