We are seeking a dedicated individual to fulfill a full-time role that encompasses reporting, dispute resolution, cashiering, settlement, and adherence to departmental Global Control Standards, along with additional responsibilities as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily, weekly, and periodic reporting to our market operations.
  • Conduct thorough research and respond to customer dispute cases across various locations.
  • Monitor and manage customer inquiries through the response and recovery portal, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Assist in settling driver routes within the cashiering and settlement system, including managing Full-Service Vending routes and verifying bank deposits.
  • Ensure compliance with GBS Controls for control and compliance on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Deliver administrative support in a professional, confidential, and organized manner.
  • Proactively manage communications via email and phone, coordinating issues as necessary.
  • Organize and maintain departmental files in both electronic and physical formats.
  • Adhere to document retention and data classification policies related to settlement processes.
  • Engage with local teams and market administration regularly.
  • Uphold a high level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Administer specific applications and time-sensitive processes accurately and promptly.
  • Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results and participating in special projects as needed.
  • Perform other administrative and customer support tasks as assigned, including providing coverage for colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The anticipated salary range for this position is between $37,000 - $51,500.
  • Actual starting salary will be determined based on location, job-related skills, and experience.
  • Eligible employees receive paid time off, including parental leave, vacation, sick leave, and bereavement.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of three years of administrative experience is preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in preparing, presenting, and distributing reports is preferred.
  • Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with current software programs, particularly Excel and Teams, is required.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to assist colleagues are essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are necessary.
  • Proven experience in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with a sense of urgency.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and follow-up skills are crucial.
  • Candidates should be responsible, reliable, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, set goals, and monitor progress is important.
