About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven National Sales Account Manager to join our team at Empower Brands. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding relationships with national clients.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in sales and account management, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. They will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to secure and grow key national accounts
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with decision-makers within national and regional accounts
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Craft and present tailored proposals and sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Identify, lead, and close new business opportunities to drive growth
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • 5 years of sales and account management experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales management tools
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of market trends and customer behaviors
  • Willingness to travel up to 20-30% as needed
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
