Job Overview

The Quest Talent Solutions team is seeking a seasoned Sales and Account Professional to join our expanding women's apparel collection. This role focuses on nurturing relationships with existing customers, expanding their book of business, and curating new customers through digital platforms.

As a true 'Road Warrior,' this position requires 4 days of travel per week, including overnight stays, to actively visit customers and generate sales. You will be responsible for managing existing accounts, driving new business growth, and leveraging multiple sales channels to achieve exceptional results.

We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated individual who thrives on building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional results. If you have a proven track record of driving sales growth in the specialty retail market and are familiar with market trends, competitors, and customer needs, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular in-person visits within the assigned geographic territory to review inventory, introduce new products, and strengthen relationships.
  • Travel Requirements: Engage in constant daily travel within the field (not a home office role), including 2-3 overnight stays, to actively visit customers and generate sales.
  • New Business Development: Research, plan, and schedule appointments with prospective accounts to develop new opportunities and grow the customer base.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met while identifying opportunities for expansion.
  • Brand Advocacy: Become an expert on our products and brand, representing them with passion and confidence to current and potential clients.
