About the Role:
As an External Relationship Specialist at AWP Safety, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with clients across the energy, broadband, transportation, and construction sectors. This position requires a skilled communicator who can identify new sales opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve weekly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow existing business and identify new opportunities.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales and Operations to drive new opportunities.
• Create business plans and forecasts to drive weekly sales targets.
• Conduct weekly sales appointments with key decision-makers on existing accounts.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred; formal sales training preferred
• 4-7 years of proven success in B2B outside sales.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and oral
• Experience working with CRM software and excel
• Ability to read financial data such as revenue, margin, and other sales productivity measures (forecast accuracy, pipeline growth, etc.)
• Valid drivers' license and ability to meet AWP Safety driver standards.

Estimated Salary:
$100K - $120K based on industry standards and location.
