Job Description

Job Summary:

Elementary is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Strategic Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to convert target enterprise-level accounts into Elementary customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Strategic Account Plans: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries, including consumer products, food and beverage, and automotive.
  • Utilize Solution and Value-Selling Techniques: Guide the sales process to a successful close by showcasing the value of Elementary technology to potential customers.
  • Craft Solution-Selling Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a superior customer experience.
  • Build and Nurture Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers, to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Manage the End-to-End Sales Process: From prospecting and qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Inform sales strategies and tactics by staying current on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

  • 10 Years of Experience: Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the machine vision, automation, or technology industry.
  • Established Contacts: Strong relationships with key stakeholders in relevant industries.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: Salary range of $120,000-$140,000 base, $250,000-$300,000 OTE.
