Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the heavy haul and specialty rigging industry.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge to meet customer needs.
  • Develop an annual business plan to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
  • Promote company solutions to clients and prospects through consultative selling.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting activities.
  • Participate in the development of presentations and educational programs for clients and employees.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the heavy haul / heavy lift and specialty rigging industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Microsoft Project.
