Job Overview
OfferFit is seeking a skilled Senior Business Development Director to drive business growth by owning new and existing senior customer relationships. In this role, you will work closely with our business development and marketing teams to create leads, lead discussions with potential new OfferFit customers, and work with current and future OfferFit customers to determine the highest-impact applications of our AI solution. You will also participate in OfferFit POV motion to ensure successful progress, working closely with OfferFit's technical implementation team.

The ideal candidate has experience as an execution-focused leader, people person, process-driven individual, entrepreneur, technology enthusiast, clear communicator, and sales expert. They must have a history of enterprise sales and be well-versed in SPIN selling & MEDDPICC qualification methodology. The base salary range for this position in the United States is $124,500-$160,000 per year, plus eligibility for additional commission/bonus ranging $144,500-$180,000, with an overall OTE of $269,000-$340,000. For non-US based candidates, base pay and overall compensation packages will be adjusted based on location.
