Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer interactions through various channels including phone, email, and online chat.
  • Utilize advanced tools and systems to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Provide support for technical issues related to products and services.
  • Engage with third-party vendors when necessary to ensure prompt resolution of service-related problems.

Essential Duties:

  • Handle inquiries related to wireless services, including number portability and billing support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues affecting customer connectivity and service quality.
  • Assist customers with the setup and configuration of devices and applications.
  • Maintain proficiency in billing and service plans to offer accurate information to customers.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Strong typing and communication skills.
