Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer policy modification requests.
  • Collect all necessary documentation from clients.
  • Address incoming claims inquiries from clients.
  • Process Evidence of Insurance requests.
  • Record each client interaction in Applied Epic.
  • Warmly welcome all clients entering the office.
  • Facilitate premium payments from clients.
  • Encourage referrals and explain our referral incentives.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling insurance and financial products.
  • Verify and update client contact information during interactions.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly.
  • Respond to all voice messages in a timely manner.
  • Share knowledge and training with fellow team members.
  • Understand and adhere to all underwriting, rating, and compliance standards.
  • Stay informed about new insurance products.
  • Generate new business through leads and referrals.
  • Provide accurate insurance quotes.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Inform clients about promotions and new or enhanced products using prepared scripts.
  • Follow up with clients to address inquiries, ensure satisfaction, and explore further sales opportunities.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to foster retention and loyalty.
  • Drive sales growth through effective communication via phone and email.
  • Offer ongoing support to insurance clients as needed.
  • Provide clients with information about new products and services.
  • Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales inquiries within a designated timeframe.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Assess and identify client needs during phone interactions.
  • Prioritize the needs and preferences of clients.

Qualifications
  • Minimum two years of experience in an independent agency.
  • Must possess all necessary licenses as mandated by the State Department of Insurance to discuss and/or sell insurance. Current Continuing Education (CE) credits are required for license renewal.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
