Role Overview:

As an Inside Sales/CSR, you will be pivotal in driving sales and fostering customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers primarily through phone interactions to deliver exceptional service and facilitate sales transactions.
  • Achieving or surpassing designated sales and profit targets to enhance overall profitability.
  • Accurately processing sales orders and bids generated through telephone communications.
  • Assisting customers who visit our Profit Center for order pickups.
  • Identifying innovative strategies to expand sales with existing clientele and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Generating leads that convert into new customer relationships.
  • Recognizing opportunities for value-added services and effectively communicating our solutions.
  • Addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely follow-up for customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting both Counter and Outside Sales initiatives as part of the Profit Center team.
  • Communicating any potential credit risks related to customer accounts to the appropriate management.

Candidate Profile:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in customer service or inside sales is preferred, particularly in contractor sales.
  • Familiarity with the products offered in the Profit Center is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) for communication, sales planning, and customer data analysis is essential.
