Customer Activation Specialist - Job Overview

Position Summary

Join our team as a Customer Activation Specialist where you will play a vital role in enhancing customer experiences through effective communication and support.

The Customer Activation team is an integral part of our Direct Sales division, focusing on assisting customers with their newly purchased devices.

Role Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls from customers seeking assistance with device activation.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to recommend products and services that meet customer needs.
  • Promote new offerings and additional services that add value to the customer experience.
  • Achieve performance targets based on established goals.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: A minimum of 6 months in a sales or customer service role is required.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient computer skills, including typing and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales objectives.

Work Schedule: Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary.

Compensation: Competitive base salary plus commission opportunities. Our representatives typically earn an average of $47K annually, with top performers earning even more.
