Position Overview

The Tax Support Specialist role is a seasonal position that will require in-office presence.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in customer service and/or accounting.
  • Strong professional communication skills.
Technical Skills
  • Efficiently scan all documents to ensure accurate record retention.
  • Support compliance, financial reporting, and administrative tasks.
  • Prepare, scan, and file necessary documents for tax return completion.
  • Review scanned documents for clarity and completeness before submission.
  • Regularly check scanning equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Organize and file documents post-scanning appropriately.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and customer service.
  • Maintain a focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks.
  • Proficient in ACS and Microsoft Office.
  • Adapt to new techniques while minimizing disruptions to workflow.
