Responsibilities:
- Greets patients and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner
- Manages patient registration and scheduling processes, ensuring accurate and timely updates
- Collects and processes patient payments and balances, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Updates patient demographics and performs insurance verification, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Answers phone calls and responds to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in medical front office, patient registration, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Previous experience with EMR/EHR systems, with a strong understanding of data entry and management
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
