Job Title: Customer Service Representative at Starr Insurance Companies
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Starr Insurance Companies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly dependable, and have a strong customer service attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming clients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Responding to and forwarding inquiries
- Preparing meeting rooms for conferences and events
- Maintaining office security and ensuring a safe working environment
- Managing meeting room bookings and coordinating logistics
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assisting with office events and meetings
- Maintaining front desk policies and procedures
- Contributing to team efforts and supporting colleagues
- Performing specialized tasks for the Aviation department
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional attitude and appearance

- Good problem-solving abilities
