WABE is seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Desk Receptionist to provide administrative support on an on-demand basis. This role is ideal for individuals who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide backup receptionist services to fill in on days that the Front Desk Coordinator is out of office.
- Phone and Email Management: Answer and manage WABE's main phone line, accurately take messages, and direct calls as necessary.
- Visitor Management: Greet, check in, and direct station visitors in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents, and reports.
- Vendor Management: Assist the Sr. Station Coordinator with vendor management.
- Mail and Package Management: Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail services.
- Education: Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Experience: Administrative or HR experience.
- Skills: Knowledge of office administrative procedures, standard office equipment, and proficiency in MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint).
- Customer/Client Focus: Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Detailed Oriented: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
- Problem Solving/Analytical: Analyze and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
