Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to fulfill the role of an Administrative Front Desk Coordinator. This position is essential in creating a welcoming environment for clients and ensuring smooth operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Location: Atlanta, GA

  • Exhibit exceptional engagement abilities while delivering trauma-informed mental health support.
  • Efficiently manage a multi-line phone system, ensuring calls are answered promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee voicemail management, including timely updates and responses to messages.
  • Maintain an organized scheduling system, adjusting appointments as necessary.
  • Handle all required filing, scanning, and document uploads with precision.
  • Conduct follow-up communications with referral sources and clients.
  • Coordinate incoming mail and package deliveries.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate cash logs.
  • Ensure a tidy and inviting reception area, replenishing reading materials as needed.
  • Utilize preventive intervention techniques to ensure safety for all parties involved.
  • Adhere to documentation standards in line with organizational policies.
  • Participate in meetings and maintain confidentiality of client information.
  • Support a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
  • Qualifications include a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED and two years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to relate effectively to individuals from diverse backgrounds with empathy and fairness.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong decision-making skills related to client safety and well-being.
  • Dependable, emotionally stable, and capable of performing physical tasks associated with the role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professionalism.
