Position Summary:

We are in search of a skilled and dynamic Director of Product Marketing to spearhead our product marketing strategy and execution.

The Director of Product Marketing will be instrumental in shaping and driving our go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging to guarantee the successful launch and adoption of our offerings.

This role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment and stimulate business growth.


Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to enhance market adoption and growth.
  • Guide and mentor the product marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align product marketing initiatives with corporate objectives.
  • Define and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring effective market entry and customer engagement.
  • Develop and articulate clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that distinguishes Zoovu in the marketplace.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer requirements, and competitive dynamics to inform product marketing strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work in tandem with product management to align product development with market demands and customer expectations.
  • Partner with the sales team to create sales enablement resources, including presentations, product demonstrations, and competitive analysis tools.
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to gather customer insights and feedback to continuously enhance product offerings and messaging.
  • Engage with the Brand and Content team to produce impactful marketing materials, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and webinars.
  • Coordinate with Growth marketing to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns aimed at increasing product awareness and generating leads.

Sales Enablement:
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive sales enablement strategy to equip the sales team with the necessary tools, resources, and training for effective product sales.
  • Create and manage a repository of sales enablement materials, such as product guides, feature comparison charts, and objection handling documents.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for the sales team to ensure they are knowledgeable about product features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted enablement programs to address them.

Performance Measurement:
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of product marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and promote continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Over 10 years of experience in product marketing, with a proven history of leading successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
  • Experience in the SaaS or technology sector is highly preferred.
