Position Overview:
We are in search of a seasoned and dynamic Director of Product Marketing to spearhead our product marketing initiatives and execution. This pivotal role will be essential in shaping and advancing our go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging to guarantee the successful introduction and uptake of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
    Formulate and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies aimed at enhancing market penetration and growth. Mentor and guide the product marketing team, cultivating a culture of excellence and innovation. Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure product marketing efforts align with overarching company objectives.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy:
    Define and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring effective market entry and customer engagement. Develop and articulate compelling product positioning and messaging that sets Zoovu apart in the marketplace. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer requirements, and competitive dynamics to inform product marketing strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work in tandem with product management to ensure product development aligns with market demands. Partner with the sales team to create sales enablement resources, including presentations and competitive analysis. Collaborate with customer success teams to gather insights for continuous product improvement.
  • Sales Enablement:
    Establish a robust sales enablement strategy to equip the sales team with essential tools and training for effective product sales. Develop a comprehensive library of sales resources, including product guides and objection handling documents. Conduct training sessions to ensure the sales team is knowledgeable about product features and benefits.
  • Performance Measurement:
    Set key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of product marketing initiatives. Analyze marketing campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies based on insights. Leverage data-driven insights to refine marketing efforts and foster continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. Over 10 years of experience in product marketing with a proven history of successful go-to-market strategy execution. Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing high-performing teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics. Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making. Experience in the SaaS or technology sector is highly preferred.
