Position Overview:
We are in search of a dynamic and seasoned Director of Product Marketing to spearhead our product marketing strategy and execution.
The Director of Product Marketing will be instrumental in defining and propelling our go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging to guarantee the successful launch and adoption of our offerings.
This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment and stimulate business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive market adoption and growth.
• Lead and mentor the product marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align product marketing initiatives with company objectives.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
• Define and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches, ensuring successful market entry and customer adoption.
• Develop and communicate clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates Zoovu in the market.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product marketing strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with product management to align product development with market demands and customer needs.
• Partner with the sales team to create sales enablement materials, including presentations, product demonstrations, and competitive battle cards.
• Collaborate with the customer success team to gather customer feedback and insights to continuously enhance product offerings and messaging.
• Partner with the Brand and Content team to generate impactful marketing content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and webinars.
• Collaborate with Growth marketing to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to enhance product awareness and lead generation.
Sales Enablement:
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales enablement strategy to equip the sales team with the tools, resources, and training necessary to effectively sell Zoovu's products.
• Create and manage a library of sales enablement materials, such as product guides, feature comparison charts, objection handling documents, and competitive analysis.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for the sales team to ensure they are well-versed in product features, benefits, and value propositions.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted enablement programs to address them.
Performance Measurement:
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of product marketing initiatives.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful go-to-market strategies.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
• Experience in the SaaS or technology industry is highly preferred.
