Key Responsibilities:
- Global Product Roadmap Development: Spearhead the creation and implementation of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision, market needs, and strategic objectives for new global markets.
- Market Research and Analysis: Perform extensive market research to uncover new business opportunities and guide product development initiatives.
- Documentation of Requirements: Define and articulate high-level product and business requirements, ensuring effective communication and alignment among global stakeholders.
- Pricing and Market Strategy: Formulate and execute pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies to boost product adoption and revenue growth in new regions.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the representative of customer interests in international markets to ensure product development meets specific customer needs and preferences.
- Messaging and Positioning: Develop clear and persuasive messaging and positioning for new product features and launches tailored to international audiences.
- User Acceptance Testing and Launch Support: Oversee user acceptance testing processes and provide comprehensive support for go-to-market activities to ensure successful global product launches.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct ongoing competitive assessments to identify macro trends, emerging challenges, and opportunities, and devise strategic responses.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and finance teams to ensure cohesive product development and execution across markets.
- Integration of Customer Feedback: Continuously enhance the product based on feedback from international markets, ensuring it meets global demands and improves customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in product management, market analysis, or professional services.
- Advanced data analytics capabilities (SQL, Excel) to support pre-sales and user acceptance testing efforts.
- Extensive knowledge of the commercial telecommunications industry, including sectors such as wireless, cable, broadband, mobile devices, and enterprise networking.
- Ability to engage with executive leadership to understand needs and inform product strategy.
- Experience in developing products and solutions that deliver value across multiple regions.
- Background as a Product Manager for B2B offerings.
- Experience working collaboratively across technical and market-facing teams.
- Self-motivated individual capable of quickly grasping new products and identifying their key differentiators.
- Strong business communication skills with the ability to create visually engaging presentations.
- Attention to detail, including a strong command of technical product information.
- Experience with Big Data and data analysis in a development or delivery capacity.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
