Position Overview:

We are in search of a seasoned and innovative Director of Product Marketing to spearhead our product marketing initiatives and execution.

The Director of Product Marketing will be instrumental in shaping and executing our go-to-market strategies, ensuring effective positioning and messaging for successful product launches and user adoption.

This role requires close collaboration with various teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to ensure cohesive efforts that drive business expansion.


Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to enhance market penetration and growth.
  • Guide and develop the product marketing team, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Engage with executive leadership to synchronize product marketing efforts with overarching company objectives.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy:
    • Design and implement go-to-market strategies for new product introductions, ensuring effective market entry and customer engagement.
  • Articulate clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that distinguishes Zoovu in the marketplace.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics to inform product marketing strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work in tandem with product management to align product development with market demands and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create sales enablement resources, including presentations, product demonstrations, and competitive analysis tools.
  • Partner with the customer success team to gather insights and feedback to enhance product offerings and messaging.
  • Team up with the Brand and Content team to produce impactful marketing materials, such as whitepapers, case studies, blog articles, and webinars.
  • Coordinate with Growth Marketing to devise and implement integrated marketing campaigns aimed at boosting product visibility and lead generation.

Sales Enablement:
  • Develop and sustain a robust sales enablement strategy to equip the sales team with essential tools, resources, and training for effective product sales.
  • Create and maintain a repository of sales enablement materials, including product documentation, feature comparison charts, and objection handling guides.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to ensure comprehensive understanding of product features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify knowledge gaps and design targeted training programs to address them.

Performance Measurement:
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of product marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to refine marketing efforts and promote continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • Over 10 years of experience in product marketing, demonstrating a successful track record in leading go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies.
  • Strong analytical abilities to utilize data for informed decision-making.
  • Experience in the SaaS or technology sector is highly desirable.
