EquipmentShare is Hiring a Senior Credit Card Specialist

EquipmentShare is looking for a Credit Card Specialist to oversee the administration of the corporate credit card portfolio. This role involves daily operational tasks, customer support, auditing, and analytical reporting, and will report directly to the Senior Credit Card Manager.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee administrative functions related to the corporate credit card program, including issuing new cards, suspending and unlocking cards as necessary, canceling unused cards, and adjusting card limits as required.
  • Develop and implement workflows to automate auditing processes.
  • Evaluate how workflows can be applied in various scenarios.
  • Enhance and maintain the technical processes of the team.
  • Address transaction-related disputes or potential fraud identified by the credit card service provider.
  • Generate reports to track spending patterns, conduct audits to ensure adherence to corporate card policies, and initiate corrective measures as necessary.
  • Report any suspected fraudulent activities involving corporate cards to management.
  • Ensure that expenditures are accurately coded to the appropriate general ledger accounts and cost centers monthly, in line with the Accounting Department's month-end closing schedule.
  • Collaborate effectively with various corporate departments, including Accounts Payable, Accounting, Human Resources, Payroll, Business Analytics, People Systems, Training, and Legal.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in corporate credit card management and/or travel and entertainment sectors is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and data management capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with all organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment within a rapidly growing company.
  • High degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Flexibility to adapt to process changes and ad hoc requests.
  • Commitment to seeking continuous efficiencies and process improvements.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Alteryx, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or equivalent experience is preferred.
