EquipmentShare is Hiring a Senior Credit Card Specialist

EquipmentShare is looking for a Credit Card Specialist to oversee the administration of the company's credit card portfolio. This role encompasses daily operational tasks, customer support, auditing, and analytical reporting, and reports directly to the Senior Credit Card Manager.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee administrative functions related to the corporate credit card program, including issuing new cards, suspending and unlocking cards as required, canceling unnecessary cards, and adjusting card limits as needed.
  • Develop and implement workflows to automate auditing processes.
  • Evaluate the application of workflows in various scenarios.
  • Enhance and maintain the technical processes of the team.
  • Address transaction-related disputes or potential fraud identified by the credit card service provider.
  • Generate reports to track spending patterns, conduct audits to ensure adherence to corporate card policies, and initiate corrective measures as necessary.
  • Report any suspected fraudulent activities involving corporate cards to management.
  • Ensure that expenditures are accurately categorized in the general ledger accounts and cost centers on a monthly basis, aligning with the Accounting Department's month-end closing schedule.
  • Collaborate effectively with various corporate departments, including Accounts Payable, Accounting, Human Resources, Payroll, Business Analytics, and Legal.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in corporate credit card management and/or travel and entertainment sectors is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and data management capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with all organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines successfully.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • High degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
