Key Responsibilities
- Supervise both inside and outside sales representatives
- Establish rapport and cultivate relationships with prospective clients
- Engage in travel for meetings and appointments with potential and current clients within your designated area
- Achieve or surpass assigned sales goals
- Formulate and execute a robust sales strategy
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client interactions in the CRM system
- Employ effective negotiation and sales techniques to finalize deals
- Over 8 years of experience in selling IT consulting solutions to corporate and governmental organizations
- Exceptional negotiation and customer service abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred
- A positive demeanor with a persistent approach
- Experience in selling services related to Adobe, Workday, or Cybersecurity is highly advantageous
