Position Overview
Nextrow Digital is in search of a dynamic sales leader to support our significant growth trajectory. This role entails driving revenue generation in alignment with set objectives, overseeing a sales team, and mentoring team members towards achieving success. As we establish a new team, this position offers a unique chance to shape your own group and achieve outstanding results. The ideal candidate will possess a solid track record in sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise both inside and outside sales representatives
  • Establish rapport and cultivate relationships with prospective clients
  • Engage in travel for meetings and appointments with potential and current clients within your designated area
  • Achieve or surpass assigned sales goals
  • Formulate and execute a robust sales strategy
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client interactions in the CRM system
  • Employ effective negotiation and sales techniques to finalize deals
Required Qualifications
  • Over 8 years of experience in selling IT consulting solutions to corporate and governmental organizations
  • Exceptional negotiation and customer service abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • A positive demeanor with a persistent approach
  • Experience in selling services related to Adobe, Workday, or Cybersecurity is highly advantageous
