The Good Feet Store is a dynamic and fast-growing organization dedicated to helping people live better lives without pain and discomfort. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team.
Job SummaryThe Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and exceeding performance expectations in our stores. This role will involve coaching and developing team members, monitoring store metrics, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for enhancing people's well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate store operations to achieve sales and profit goals
- Coach and develop team members to exceed performance expectations and take on new roles
- Monitor store metrics to motivate staff to exceed sales and productivity goals
- Motivate and inspire employees, leading by example
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard top talent
- Manage store operations, including POS transactions and inventory control
- Resolve customer concerns
- Cultivate a premium employer image in your market
Weekdays: 10 AM - 6 PM. Saturdays: 9 AM - 5 PM. Sundays: 12 PM - 4 PM. Saturday contests and lunch incentives. (This role will be 5 days a week)
Physical Qualifications- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a weekly basis
- Ability to reach overhead into the back of shelving units to maintain inventory
- Ability to work independently in a store during scheduled shifts
$100,000 - $110,000 per year
