Treasury Management Sales Specialist

Position Overview:
This role focuses on the strategic development and direct marketing of treasury management solutions to prospective clients while enhancing relationships with current treasury management customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Utilize proactive sales techniques to identify client needs and articulate the benefits of treasury management services.
2. Conduct thorough needs assessments for clients and prospects, proposing tailored service solutions that optimize cash management.
3. Collaborate with relationship managers and team members to drive new business acquisition and fortify existing client connections.
4. Stay informed about the full range of treasury management offerings to effectively support clients.
5. Develop and implement sales strategies in partnership with various management levels to cultivate new treasury management clientele.
6. Lead customer engagement activities and serve as the primary expert on treasury management products.
7. Maintain strong relationships with internal teams to provide product knowledge and support business development initiatives.
8. Prepare and present comprehensive treasury management proposals to clients.
9. Ensure the accurate completion and submission of service agreements, overseeing the implementation of services.
10. Engage with existing clients to explore opportunities for cross-selling additional financial products and services.
11. Respond to client service inquiries and participate in the enhancement of existing services.
12. Contribute to the formulation of marketing strategies and sales objectives aligned with overall business goals.
13. Monitor market trends and customer preferences to inform service delivery and development.
14. Uphold compliance with all operational policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4 years in cash management sales within a financial services context.
- At least 2 years of experience managing medium to large client relationships.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in sales methodologies relevant to treasury management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to evaluate data and identify sales opportunities.
- Capable of setting and achieving strategic objectives.
Compensation:
Starting base salary ranges from $87,027 to $138,965 annually, with potential for bonuses and commissions based on performance.
