We are currently seeking a Loan Operations Specialist to deliver outstanding customer service to our clients. This position emphasizes providing administrative and operational support in key lending areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer administrative and operational assistance in various loan processes, including processing, closing, presentations, servicing, documentation, and disbursements.
  • Prepare loan presentations and resolve any identified loan exceptions.
  • Maintain organized files, documents, and notes.
  • Ensure the completeness of files with all required documents and signatures.
  • Investigate and address lending inquiries and issues.
  • Assist in preparing and tracking loan documents, disbursements, and reports, as well as obtaining necessary credit and financial information.
  • Generate reports as needed.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide follow-up assistance.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, along with 4+ years of experience in banking, treasury management, product sales, relationship management, or lending. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking and treasury management products and procedures.
  • Comprehensive understanding of applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Strong skills in sales, client product management, and relationship management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, customer service, and communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Capability to multitask effectively, meet deadlines, and complete assignments.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using PCs and MS Office applications.

Compensation: This position offers a competitive base salary range based on job-related factors such as experience.
