We are currently seeking a Loan Operations Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients. This role emphasizes providing administrative and operational support within critical loan functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer administrative and operational assistance in various loan areas, including processing, closing, presentations, servicing, documentation, and disbursements.
  • Draft loan presentations and resolve identified loan exceptions.
  • Maintain organized files, documents, and notes.
  • Ensure the completeness of files with all necessary documentation and signatures.
  • Investigate and address lending inquiries and issues.
  • Prepare and track disbursements, loan documents, and reports, while obtaining credit and financial information as needed.
  • Generate reports as required.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide follow-up support.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, along with 4+ years of experience in banking, treasury management, product sales, relationship management, or lending. A combination of education and experience may also be considered.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of banking, treasury management, and related products and procedures.
  • In-depth understanding of applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Strong skills in sales, client product management, and relationship building.
  • Excellent problem-solving, customer service, and communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Capability to multitask effectively, complete assignments, and meet deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using PCs and MS Office applications.

Compensation: This position offers a base salary range of $64,000 - $78,000 annually, contingent upon job-related factors such as experience level.
