Treasury Management Sales Specialist

Position Overview:
This role is dedicated to the growth and direct marketing of treasury management solutions to prospective clients, as well as enhancing existing client relationships within the treasury management sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Utilize proactive and consultative sales techniques to assess client needs and demonstrate the benefits of treasury management products and services.
2. Conduct thorough analyses of client requirements and present tailored recommendations for effective cash management solutions.
3. Collaborate with relationship managers and regional leaders to devise sales strategies aimed at acquiring new treasury management clients and nurturing current accounts.
4. Serve as the primary technical resource for all treasury management offerings, coordinating sales initiatives with team members.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams by providing product information, conducting training sessions, and supporting business development efforts.
6. Oversee the preparation and delivery of client proposals for treasury management services.
7. Ensure timely completion and submission of service agreements, facilitating the proper implementation of services.
8. Engage with existing clients to explore opportunities for cross-selling additional treasury management and banking products.
9. Address client service requests as necessary and participate in the enhancement of existing services.
10. Contribute to the formulation of marketing strategies and sales objectives aligned with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in cash management sales within a financial services context is essential.
- At least 2 years of experience managing medium to large client relationships is necessary.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and principles for effectively marketing treasury management services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in analyzing data to identify sales opportunities and formulating actionable recommendations.
- Ability to prioritize objectives and set achievable goals.
Compensation:
Starting base salary ranges from $87,027 to $138,965 annually, with potential for bonuses and commissions based on performance.
