Treasury Management Sales Role

What is the Opportunity?
This position is pivotal in the development and direct marketing of treasury management solutions to prospective clients while enhancing existing customer relationships within treasury management.

The incumbent will actively support business development initiatives across various line units and formulate sales strategies aimed at significantly boosting the adoption and utilization of treasury management offerings among targeted customers and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employ proactive and consultative sales techniques to identify client needs and articulate the benefits of treasury management products.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments for clients and prospects, proposing tailored service solutions that optimize cash management.
  • Collaborate with relationship managers and regional teams to devise treasury management sales plans that support both current and prospective clients.
  • Serve as the primary technical expert for all treasury management offerings, coordinating sales activities with relationship managers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all line units within the assigned territory, providing product information and conducting training sessions.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of treasury management proposals to clients.
  • Ensure the successful implementation of services by managing client service agreements.
  • Regularly engage with existing clients to explore opportunities for cross-selling additional treasury management and banking products.
  • Participate in the development of new services and marketing strategies aligned with division objectives.
  • Stay informed about market trends and customer preferences to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years of cash management sales experience in a financial services setting is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing medium to large account relationships.

Skills and Knowledge:
  • Proficient in sales techniques and principles for effectively marketing treasury management services.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adept at analyzing and interpreting data to identify sales opportunities.
  • Ability to prioritize and set strategic objectives.

Compensation:
The starting base salary ranges from $87,027 to $138,965 annually, with variations based on skills, experience, and location. This position is eligible for bonuses and/or commissions.
