Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Orthopaedic Associates. As a key member of our medical office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a positive experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Phone and In-Person Support: Respond to patient inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Patient Registration: Gather and verify patient information, including demographics and insurance details, to ensure accurate records.
  • Scheduling and Referrals: Assist with scheduling appointments, entering referrals, and coordinating follow-up care.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, staff, and management to ensure seamless communication and efficient patient care.
  • Urgent and Emergent Situations: Recognize and respond appropriately to urgent or emergent situations, following established protocols.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years of relevant experience in a medical office environment, with a focus on customer service and patient care.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
