About This Role:

Crusoe is seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Recruiter to join our People team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruiting strategies to attract, screen, and hire high-quality talent for our manufacturing operations.

This role is crucial in ensuring that Crusoe continues to thrive with the best talent on board.

A Day In The Life:
  • Partner with Senior Recruiting and act as a business partner/strategic advisor
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet the staffing needs of Crusoe's manufacturing operations
  • Utilize both traditional and innovative sourcing tactics to identify and attract candidates from diverse backgrounds
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' fit with Crusoe's culture and values
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide consultation on recruitment best practices
  • Facilitate the offer process, including negotiating salaries and providing a seamless onboarding experience for new hires
  • Stay abreast of trends and advancements in manufacturing and recruitment technologies to continuously improve the recruitment process
  • Engage in networking opportunities, job fairs, and professional industry events to promote Crusoe as an employer of choice
You Will Thrive In This Role If:
  • 5+ years of full life-cycle talent acquisition experience
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, with a strong preference for backgrounds in manufacturing or related industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Proficiency in the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience in a start-up environment is a benefit
  • Salary negotiation skills to include equity compensation
  • Proven ability to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other activities in the applicant tracking system
  • The ability to travel to our field offices, to hiring events and to job fairs as needed
