A Day In The Life:- Partner with Senior Recruiting and act as a business partner/strategic advisor to drive talent acquisition initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet the staffing needs of Crusoe's manufacturing operations.
- Utilize both traditional and innovative sourcing tactics to identify and attract candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' fit with Crusoe's culture and values.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide consultation on recruitment best practices.
- Facilitate the offer process, including negotiating salaries and providing a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Stay abreast of trends and advancements in manufacturing and recruitment technologies to continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Engage in networking opportunities, job fairs, and professional industry events to promote Crusoe as an employer of choice.
- You have 5+ years of full life-cycle talent acquisition experience.
- You have proven experience as a recruiter, with a strong preference for backgrounds in manufacturing or related industries.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
- You have demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- You are proficient in the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- You have a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
- You are able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- You have experience in a start-up environment, which is a benefit.
- You possess salary negotiation skills, including equity compensation.
- You have proven ability to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other activities in the applicant tracking system.
- You are able to travel to our field offices, to hiring events, and to job fairs as needed.

- You must be able to pass a background check.

Compensation will be paid as salary. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
