Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Healthcare Recruiter: $80,000 - $120,000
Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the complete recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate communication, and collaboration with hiring managers.
- Lead recruitment initiatives, advertising collaborations, and maintain partnerships with marketing teams.
- Work closely with recruitment marketing to utilize various recruiting tools effectively.
- Facilitate job offers, clarify credentialing processes, and negotiate salary packages.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's compensation structure for sharing with candidates and stakeholders.
- Prioritize recruitment tasks based on contract requirements and manage daily updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare and submit required reports on fill rates and provide explanations for vacancies.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including start dates and necessary documentation.
- Recommend enhancements to recruitment and credentialing practices as necessary.
- Train new team members on recruitment procedures and contracting processes.
- Ensure recruitment efforts are in alignment with contractual obligations.
- Stay updated on current recruitment trends, credentialing regulations, and industry standards.
- Analyze geographic markets for staffing trends and provide strategic recommendations.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and manage job postings and employment advertisements.
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
- Attract top-tier talent within the health STEM, public health, and health technology sectors.
- Design and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in life sciences and healthcare technology.
- Collaborate with healthcare organizations and federal agencies to assess recruitment needs in health technology and public health.
- Lead efforts to enhance healthcare experiences and physician recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting healthcare professionals.
- Experience in federal contract recruitment is essential.
- Demonstrated success in physician recruitment and placements.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and credentialing procedures.
- Familiarity with medical specialties and industry trends.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Proficient in recruitment software and databases.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking capabilities.
- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to cultivate and sustain professional relationships.
- Adaptability to evolving recruitment needs and strategies.
- Capability to conduct thorough candidate screenings and evaluations.
- Must be a US Citizen and meet pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
- Must undergo a background investigation appropriate for position sensitivity designation (Tier 2S with Subject Interview: Moderate Risk Public Trust).
- Experience in recruiting high-level talent within healthcare and health technology sectors.
- Leadership experience in life science recruitment and managing healthcare experience projects.
- Proven ability in physician recruitment and enhancing public health outcomes.
