Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will engage in tele-recruitment activities by responding to incoming inquiries via phone and email. This role involves participating in outbound recruitment initiatives and aiding in the dissemination of information related to educational programs and services.

The individual will be responsible for conducting campus tours, delivering presentations, and supporting various admission-related events.

This position is classified as Safety Sensitive in accordance with relevant statutes.

Essential Qualifications

A minimum of an Associate's degree in fields such as Public Relations, Mass Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, Sociology, Speech, Political Science, or a related discipline is required.

Proven ability to engage effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is essential.

Capability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Desirable Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Mass Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, Sociology, Speech, Political Science, or a related field is preferred.

Alumni status from Tulsa Community College is advantageous.

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus.

Experience of at least one year in marketing and/or recruitment within the higher education sector is preferred.

Familiarity with higher education admissions and registration processes is beneficial.
