Technical Recruiter

DNI (Delaware Nation Industries) is a recognized Tribal Entity specializing in IT Services. We are in search of a skilled Technical Recruiter to enhance our team.

Position Overview

This role is pivotal in facilitating the recruitment process, ensuring we attract and place qualified candidates to fulfill our organizational staffing requirements. The Technical Recruiter will focus on sourcing and evaluating potential candidates to ensure alignment with the job specifications.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting recruitment initiatives through various channels, including job postings, candidate communications, and organizational outreach.
  • Conducting thorough searches for suitable candidates using networking, referrals, advertisements, and online platforms.
  • Developing and maintaining structured recruiting plans, documenting the process to manage candidate flow and provide updates to hiring managers.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and crafting a targeted recruitment strategy.
  • Analyzing different geographical markets to identify staffing trends that can assist the Business Development team.
  • Conducting initial phone screenings and interviews, as well as coordinating interview schedules for management.
  • Maintaining the iCIMS recruiting system, ensuring job postings and candidate records are current and accurate.
  • Working with HR to confirm that all necessary documentation is complete prior to onboarding new hires.
  • Ensuring that the hiring criteria for open roles meet the standards outlined in relevant contracts.
  • Reviewing new job requisitions and following up with hiring managers to clarify details that will inform recruitment strategies.
  • Performing comprehensive reference checks on candidates before submission to management.
  • Crafting precise job descriptions and posting them on targeted job boards.
  • Negotiating compensation based on market standards and candidates' qualifications.
  • Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, including presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, and administrative tasks.
  • Administering and maintaining Applicant Tracking Systems for all job requisitions and candidate records.
  • Effectively communicating compensation and benefits information.
  • Possessing knowledge of compensation and employment regulations pertinent to Federal contracting.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruitment or sales role.

Bachelor's degree is preferred.
