As an integral member of our Recruitment team, you will lead efforts to attract, source, and secure top engineering talent within the power sector. You will collaborate with the Human Resources department to assist hiring managers and team leaders in understanding their requirements and formulating effective recruitment strategies. Your objective will be to identify candidates for challenging positions while ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all applicants, in alignment with the company's staffing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with hiring managers to gather requirements and comprehend job specifications, essential qualifications, and other criteria to pinpoint suitable candidates.
- Innovatively utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., online platforms, networking, referrals) to attract and engage top engineering professionals.
- Review resumes and conduct preliminary phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Oversee the candidate experience, ensuring prompt communication and feedback throughout the process.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on recruitment activities and results.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with engineering professionals and relevant organizations.

Qualifications / Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Recruiter focusing on engineering positions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of engineering fields and the technical skills necessary for various roles (e.g., electrical, mechanical, and design engineering in the power sector).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in recruiting within a corporate setting, particularly in technology or engineering domains.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
  • Capability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
