Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Senior Recruiting and act as a business partner/strategic advisor to ensure the success of our manufacturing operations.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' fit with Crusoe's culture and values.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide consultation on recruitment best practices.
  • Facilitate the offer process, including negotiating salaries and providing a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Stay abreast of trends and advancements in manufacturing and recruitment technologies to continuously improve the recruitment process.
  • Engage in networking opportunities, job fairs, and professional industry events to promote Crusoe as an employer of choice.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of full life-cycle talent acquisition experience.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, with a strong preference for backgrounds in manufacturing or related industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Proficiency in the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience in a start-up environment is a benefit.
  • Salary negotiation skills to include equity compensation.
  • Proven ability to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other activities in the applicant tracking system.
  • The ability to travel to our field offices, to hiring events and to job fairs as needed.
